Current Build

This Signature Jumbo features Bolivian walnut back & sides, a Spanish Ceder soundboard and neck and will have a Gabon Ebony fingerboard inlaid with custom bone position markers. The bridge will be handcarved  out of the same piece of Ebony, laced with flamed Maple. The wooden binding that I just installed is made out of Ebony and Maple and really stands out to the  Ceder. It’s custom shaped Jumbo sized body joints the neck at the sixteenth fret at the bass-side. With the cutaway running in a shallow heel, even the 22th fret will be easily accessible.

The sound hole is placed at the top of the soundboard, creating a larger responsive part that will produce a richer and more expressive voice. Being closer to the players ear it projects lots of sound directly towards the musician, inspiring to create great music. Even the abundance amount of love and attention I put in these tiny pieces of once living trees will produce no more than a guitar. It might be a piece af art, an expression of who I am, but only when played it comes to live.
